Bold Hest Bank

Established in 2023, Bold Hest Bank is a small village coffee shop by the beach, just outside Morecambe. It has a big heart and a simple menu. It’s not flashy, but everything we do is done with purpose.

When you visit, you’ll feel welcome. Even if you’re only an honorary member of the local community for the day, you’ll leave knowing this is a place worth returning to.

Bold was originally opened as a way for Carringtons Coffee Co to be part of its local community - a place to sell bags of roasted coffee and connect more closely with the people around us. What it’s grown into is something more: a community space where people meet, conversations start, and events take place.

For many people, coffee is a daily ritual. One of the benefits of being closely linked to Carringtons is that if there’s one thing we do well, it’s making coffee the way you like it.

We’re open every day. Stay and chat, take your coffee down to the beach, or head out for a walk - there are plenty of routes right from the doorstep.
