Carringtons Coffee Co. was established in 2019 by suzy and alex carrington after a visit to a friend's coffee farm in Colombia. They are based in carnforth and roast specialty coffees from multiple producers and traders who have a story to tell.

In 2024 Carringtons Coffee co. started a bakery at the coffee roastery in carnforth. The Bold Baker specialises in croissants and sourdough and sourcing ingredients based on their quality and traceability.

Our community interest company reinvests all the profits it makes back into the events we host that focus on mental health and well-being.
