Refund policy

For coffee and subscriptions bought from the store

Because coffee is a perishable item we cannot accept returns. However, if there have been any issues with delivery or your purchase please contact us at info@carringtonscoffee.com and we will be in touch to find a resolution.

If you are missing an item from your order please contact us and quote your order reference. We will ship the missing items to you.

If you have received an incorrect item please let us know and we'll make it right.

For non-coffee items purchased from the store

You can return items up to 30 days after delivery. 

In order to return an item you must get a Return Authorisation from us first. Any returned item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused with tags and in the original packaging.

Your receipt or proof of purchase will help speed up our return process.

Please contact us at info@carringtonscoffee.com with details of your return request and we will issue you a Return Authorisation and provide a return shipping label. Items sent without a Return Authorisation will not be accepted. We reserve the right to charge a 15% restocking fee.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive an incorrect item, so that we can make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Refunds
After we have received and inspected your return, we can issue a refund or store credit. Refunds are always made to the original payment method. Please remember that your Bank or credit card company may take several days to credit your account.
